Where you sleep

Our 19th Century Villa has recently undergone significant modernisation. The house can sleep up to 20 people. There are 6 bedrooms on the first floor, 4 of which are ensuite. Each room has a mini kitchen or kitchenette. On the ground floor is a large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 living areas with a double and single sofa bed. There is a large traditional kitchen with dining table, a library/lounge area with Smart TV and access to private terrace for outdoor dining.

Prince Apartment – Recently modernised ground floor apartment. Sleeps 4. One double bedroom/office space with stunning gouache walls and ensuite bathroom, large lounge/dining room with double sofa bed and Smart TV. Kitchenette with microwave and induction hob. Private entrance and access to private terrace.

Princess Apartment – Renovated ground floor apartment. Sleeps 3. Private entrance with large dining table. Kitchen, with microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer. One bedroom with double bed, studio/play room with single sofa bed. Private bathroom.

King Apartment (Prince and Princess combined) Sleeps 7.

Dafne Apartment – Sleeps up to 7

Duchessa: Family room. Sleeps 3 people, in one double and one single bed. It is possible to add an extra single bed, if required, for an additional fee. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge and induction hob. Large private bathroom. Garden views.

Duca: Family room. Sleeps 2 adults and a child, in one double and one child’s bed. It is possible to add an extra single bed, if required, for an additional fee. Mini kitchen with, fridge and induction hob. Large private bathroom. Garden views.

Contessa: Double room, sleeps 2 adults. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge and induction hob. Private bathroom. Courtyard and garden views

Conte: Double room, sleeps 2 adults. Mini kitchen with, fridge and induction hob. Private bathroom. Garden views.

Arlecchino: Large twin room, with 2 single beds and small adjoining room, perfect for reading. Shares a kitchenette and bathroom with Bull. Kitchenette has microwave, fridge and induction hob.

Bull: Twin room, with 2 single beds. Shares bathroom and kitchenette with Arlecchino

Large communal gardens, with hammocks, swimming pool and ping-pong table
