and Conditions
Once you choose an apartment, we will send you a
booking form that you'll have to fax back signed
and with a bank, postal, or Wester Union wire
receipt for the down payment; please be aware that
the apartment is secured only when we receive the
payment, we'll put it on hold for two business
days after sending the booking form, if the
confirmation fax is not received within that
period, we are not responsible if availability
changes. The down payment is always non refundable
and is between 30 to 50% (100% for high season
periods, like Christmas or Easter) of the total
amount , depending on the apartment and the period
requested.
THE BALANCE:
It has to be paid only in
cash upon arrival . If customers will not
pay the balance amount on day in*, they will be
charged 20,00 euro for the second meeting we have
to arrange. (*please note: we reserve to
decide if allow guests to enjoy the apartment
without a full payment on day in).
FEES & CONSUMPIONS:
For short lets (weekly rental), condominium,
water, garbage tax, regional taxes are included in
the total amount unless prior agreement.
For Monthly rental IF condominium, gas,
electricity are never included in the total amount.
Price never includes electricity consumption (paid only the consume by checking the electricity meter). In Apartment Trastevere A , on winter time (Nov to April), customer must pay gas consumption too (paid only the consume by checking the gas meter)
Low season : 1 Nov. to 15 Dec / 8 Jan to
28 Feb / High season: 1 March to 31 Oct
Very High season: since 15 Dec till 8
Jan, and the week before and after Easter time
weekend.
RESERVATION VALIDITY
:
please note that the reservation will be
definitely valid only once the receipt for the
money transaction and the booking form is faxed at
n. +39-06-5814014 within 2 business days.
Please note that if, for any reason, you have to
cancel your reservation, the down payment is not
refundable.
If
you have any other questions, please do not
hesitate to contact us.
The rate not includes electricity consumption (paid
only your consume). Linens and towels are included.
No
any commission will be debited to you cause you
will take advantage from a direct relationship
with the owner.
The price are "Vat included" too.
CHECK-IN:
an
appointment has to be made prior to arrival. Out
of hours arrivals and departures : if arriving or
leaving outside of our normal business hours of
9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday and on all
national festivities, please be aware that there
is an extra charge or € 20,00 each time.
CHECK-OUT:
NO
LATER than 10.00 am on departure day, unless
otherwise agreed prior to arrival.
We
can also provide the following service : transfer
from or to the apartment with private driver.
We
cannot accept cheques or credit cards.
*** Angeli’ s Houses reserves the right to substitute the apartment rented with another similar category apartment in case this apartment will be not able to be rented due to the following reasons (a, or b :
a) Internal damages; b) any other security reasons that could be dangerous for the clients renting the apartment.
*** Please be aware that, if for any emergency reasons we cannot be able to provide a similar category apartment, we will refund only the amount (by nights) guest will not enjoyed. Rate to refund is the same as the rental rate (or quoted by nights not enjoyed).
